What a year it has been. From incredibly entertaining road trips to acrobatic-infused walks, this year was certainly something special. I am blessed to have two characters in my life that keep me going.
Maizie and Marleigh have been there through it all - the good, the bad and the hilarious. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have them in my life. I am grateful for everything they do for me, whether they know it or not.
This holiday season I have had time to reflect on the impact they have made on my life. If it weren’t for Maizie and Marleigh, I would not be able stop and laugh at myself, find happiness in the simplest of things (like puddle jumping and leaf hunting) and take time to slow down.
Take a few minutes this holiday season and tell your furry-loved ones how much they mean to you - whether it is a belly rub or a ear scratch, do a little something to let know you care. We will never be able to match their unconditional love, but we can always try.
